A clean and comfortable single room with a calming view of the garden. Brian was sure to make me feel very welcome, and the breakfast was brilliant. A pleasant 10 minutes walk down to the beach. Loved it, thanks!

We had a short stay at the Long Reach and enjoyed our time there , a great base for exploring Devon and beyond was made to feel most welcome by Brian and his wife Lorraine . We had a spacious bedroom which was well presented . Our breakfast was served fresh and hot , very tasty indeed also on offer are fruit and pears poached grown in the owners garden . There is also a small bar serving bottled ales and lagers aswell as spririts . would reccomend the Long Reach for anyone looking within the area .
Very quiet location, about 10 to 15 minute walk from Budleigh Salterton. Very limited eateries, on Sundays the only place open is the Indian restaurant (Very nice). The hotel breakfast was very nice, unfortunately they do not do evening meals. There is a small bar selling bottled beers and spirits, the hotel was very quite and the bar was not used extensively. The hotel was very clean, the bedroom was also, the TV was not smart or high definition and quite small. The devan bed could do with updating. The hosts Brian and Lorraine were very welcoming.
